Train The Trainer

We have conducted 14 Puthri Train The Mentor Workshops. These sessions were held at institutions such as American College Madurai, Shasun Jain Collegen, Kumaraguru College of Technology, Shakthi Kailash College, Cauvery college , Srimad Andavan college, Kanchi Mamunivar and Anugraha Colleges and in corporates like Saint Gobain, Straive, Lennox India, Nippon Paint India, and Pfizer.

The Train the mentor program at Madurai at the American College with around 36 participants.

SSS Jain College, T Nagar hosted the Train the mentor program with 25 volunteers.

An exciting TTM was conducted for the staff of Kumaragru College of Technology and other external volunteers at their Coimbatore campus.

Shri Shakthi Kailash College for women was the venue for the TTM for Salem volunteers. The session had 38 volunteers who attended the session.

The train the mentor session for the Trichy belt happened at the Cauvery College for women. This session was attended by 23 volunteers.

Another TTM for the Trichy / Viralimalai belt happened at Srimad Andavan College with 25 volunteers

In Puducherry 32 volunteers, attended the TTM session at Kanchi Mamunivar Government Institute for post graduate studies and research.

Dindigul zone volunteers attended an exciting TTM at Anugraha College.

We had our Puthri TTMs hosted by corporates like Pfizer, Nippon, Saint Gobain, Lennox India and Straive.

Train The Trainer at Diet In

The MITR TTT sessions were held at Diet In at Vadapalani and Elsevier (RELX), at Taramani for this year. We had overall 40 participants who joined us for volunteering for MITR. The program was led by Dr. Nandini Murali, Vice President Learning and Development, Avtar.

Career Coaching Session at Lennox

The physical career coaching session for the year led by Mr. Balaraju took place at Lennox India, Taramani. The session was for Chennai Volunteers and career coaches.

Career Coaching Session for outstation coaches

In order to facilitate career coaching and PCCA sessions across the locations, a brand new set of career coaches were trained through the virtual session. This has enabled us to successfully complete PCCA operations across Tamilnadu and Puducherry for 55 schools.
