Puthri Scholarship Program

Project Puthri is committed to providing comprehensive support to deserving Puthri Scholars, empowering them to pursue tertiary education and embark on successful careers. Our scholarship program encompasses a multi-faceted approach that spans various stages, ensuring a holistic and sustained impact on the lives of young girls from underprivileged backgrounds.

The journey begins with a meticulous screening process to identify talented and promising individuals among underprivileged girls. Rigorous selection criteria are employed to ensure that those who demonstrate exceptional potential and commitment are chosen as Puthri Scholars. Project Puthri actively engages in identifying compassionate donors who share our vision of empowering young girls through education. Once scholars are enrolled in universities, we facilitate a seamless funding process to cover their educational expenses, ensuring financial barriers don't hinder their academic pursuits. We understand the importance of monitoring and evaluating academic progress. Regular assessments help us track the development of Puthri Scholars and provide additional support as needed. Continuous feedback loops enable us to address challenges and tailor our assistance to maximize the scholars' success.

The ultimate goal of Project Puthri is to prepare scholars for successful careers. We offer resources and programs that equip them with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen fields. This year we have been able to provide 149 scholarships to deserving Puthri Scholars.
