The launch of Men Impacting Trust and Respect (MITR) happened in October at Viralimalai in collaboration with ITC Mission Sunehra KalInitiative. The event took place in Viralimalai Government Boys School. This initiative is a small effort to bring in the much-needed change in the way of thinking on gender equality and making conscious efforts to question the ways of practice in the Indian society against gender discrimination.

MITR is a step forward to make the gender equilibrium of 50-50 which was welcomed in several other schools. Currently, 20 schools are enrolled with the program and we have completed 500 plus sessions across these schools. This has been possible with the support of like minded corporates like Harman and Deloitte.

The program is currently being executed in 3 cities and impacting 4000+ boys who have been enrolled with us.
