It is important that you keep up with the speed at which technological and other advancements in Education and never lose track of the same. For this, one must always keep your eyes and ears open and be receptive to new ideas thrown in by different sources. The biggest challenge for any educator is to keep abreast with the technological advancements and the proximity to the students. With so many hours of volunteering with PUTHRI, this is now more of my passion and will never lose track of keeping myself abreast! |

Today's scenario is way different. The opportunities are more and when we start our search for employment opportunities without guidance there could be a major percentage who could probably get lost. That's the reason I have always spent a considerable amount of time educating / coaching students. It's difficult to coach school children on career as they are naive (especially most of them being under-privileged) and the maturity level is much less. However, it is important to sow the seeds now for them to reap the benefits later and I take pride in saying that I coach the next generation enabling them to lead a life with dignity. It's an experience and can never be consolidated into words. Practice it, experience it and relish it! |
