The Top 100 companies of the Best Companies for Women in India (BCWI) will achieve Gender Balance by the year 2027! BCWI is India’s largest Gender Analytics Study conducted by Avtar and US-based Working Mother Media. What does that mean? We will have EQUAL number of women working at large corporations in comparison with men in the next seven years. Where are all these highly talented, powerful, energized women workforce going to come from? The thousands and thousands of young girls that Project Puthri are going to make up for this Gender Balance! As Puthri enablers you are all shaping up the narrative for a strong and powerful India, where all the citizens are equal participants in the rising of the nation! When you empower Puthri scholars with digital economy and they find themselves, say in a Newspaper office, in an IT company, or a bank, they will directly be contributing to the rise of India’s GDP that is expected to grow by 2.9 trillion USD, by 2025.
