In a survey that we conducted with our Puthri scholars, more than 40 per cent of the girls expressed that they have not only gained confidence but also developed the “willingness to learn and explore” to remain intentional about charting their career course. This is a history-defining moment for us at Project Puthri. When we set out to for a nation-wide growth through behavioural, economic and social transformation by training young girls to be determined, confident, smart and powerful, we envisioned girls exhibiting their power of competence. And you build competence only when you remain on a learning continuum. We can see the flashes of change striking. The resolute young Puthri girls braved the new normal of switching to online learning methodology to demand more empowering content from us. Here, I applaud each one at the content team at Project Puthri for the systemic efforts to strive harder towards making an impact in the lives of Puthri scholars. The recognition of your work has won the prestigious Project Management Institute Award to Project Puthri. We believe that these Puthri scholars are building blocks of a developed tomorrow. As we step into the year 2022 with stronger grit towards achieving the goals and dreams for our Puthri scholars, we sincerely hoped to greet you all in person at the annual career festival – Udyog Utsav. However, given the current scenario that warrants us to meet virtually, we are as much excited to see you over zoom and present the rich content that we carefully curate to the young career aspirants.
