Over the course of three years, scholars enrolled in the Nipuni Career Pathing Program will have access to a variety of certificate courses designed to enhance their employability. These courses cover essential skills and knowledge areas demanded by today’s job market.
In addition to certificate courses, our program includes specialized training sessions that focus on developing both technical and soft skills. These sessions are conducted by industry experts and are tailored to meet the current trends and demands of the job market.

To bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical experience, Nipuni provides valuable internship opportunities with leading companies and organizations. These internships allow scholars to apply their learned skills in real-world settings, gain hands-on experience, and build professional networks that are essential for their future careers.
The Nipuni Career Pathing Program incorporates ICP, a structured approach to career development that helps students set clear career goals and create actionable plans to achieve them. This ensures that each scholar is well-prepared and confident in their career journey. This program is a proven aid that has been helping women from different walks of life to re-enter the career stream and work effectively in the work places.
The program will be both physical and virtual and will support 75 hours of learning by both online and offline modes, making it more accessible and easier to the beneficiaries to attend.
The first year focuses on building a strong foundation in essential skills. Scholars will undergo training in basic computer skills, communication, and time management. The curriculum also includes introductory courses in areas such as financial literacy, critical thinking, and professional etiquette.
In the second year, the program shifts towards specialized training based on the students' chosen fields of interest. This phase includes intermediate courses in industry-specific skills, advanced communication techniques, and project management. Scholars will also participate in workshops and seminars conducted by industry professionals to gain deeper insights into their respective fields.
The final year is dedicated to fine-tuning the skills acquired and preparing for job placement. Scholars will engage in advanced courses that simulate real-world scenarios, intensive interview preparation, and resume building workshops. This phase also includes internships and live projects with partner organizations, providing practical experience and enhancing employability.
